Financial Policy
If Your Dental Insurance sends the payment to our office: Our office will submit the claim for you, process the insurance payment and bill you if there is a difference. The difference will be due in full.
If Your Dental insurance sends the payment to YOU: Payment is due the date of service. Our office will submit the claim for you and the insurance company will send you the payment.
No Insurance: Full payment will be expected at the date of service.
We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and Care Credit.
WE WILL BE UNABLE TO OFFER ADDITIONAL SERVICES UNTIL ALL PREVIOUS BALANCES HAVE BEEN CLEARED. If in the event, this account is in collections for non-payment, all collection costs & expenses will be paid by the account holder.
